What Is A User Tester?

A user tester provides feedback on their user experience on websites, mobile apps, prototypes, products and more.

For example, a website user tester is given a website URL and a series of instructions with tasks to complete.

Become A User Tester

Typically a website owner wants to have a profitable website.

One critical aspect of a profitable website as well as good business practice is essential to know if website visitors have a user-friendly experience.

Typically, a user’s experience includes ease of navigation, clarity of information, having a visually appealing design and comprehensive, useful content.

As a website owner, one might ask, “So, how do I know if people like my website?”

The answer is user testing, and that’s where you come in to play.

We continue to add user-tester sites to our directory so keep checking back. Have fun testing & making some extra cash! 🙂

While completing these tasks, the user experience tester’s screen and voice are recorded and then submitted to the website owner via third-party companies which then compensates the user tester for their time and opinions.

Not quite what you thought a user tester is but still interested in a work-from-home job?

No problem!
