Content Marketing Associate

BriteCore’s Marketing team is looking for an associate to help:

  • Write press releases for new client implementations
  • Write press releases for new products and services
  • Write insurance and technology related articles for blog and publication
  • Write case studies with customers upon project completion
  • Write copy for marketing collateral sent to industry events
  • Conduct interviews with products team to report progress to clients
  • Coordinate surveys with customers to build online customer review profiles
  • Research topics and draft content for executive presentations and webinars
  • Compile all news and updates into an e-newsletter and distribute to email lists
  • Update and maintain event information on BriteCore website
  • Redistribute news, events, and PD updates on Community Forum and social platforms
  • Publish important news and events to BriteCore’s client-facing dashboard
  • Edit website and marketing platforms for keywords, market positioning, and SEO

Requirements

Our ideal content marketer is someone who:

  • Collaborates with colleagues, clients, and partners to deliver effective content to readers
  • Understands content categorization, development, distribution, SEO, and measurement
  • Adheres to brand guidelines, including style, voice, and tone
  • Develops and manages an editorial calendar and organization workflows
  • Manages digital content hubs and all supporting content-delivery channels
  • Measures and optimizes strategies routinely
  • Communicates regularly with manager through Slack and Google Docs

Qualifications

  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in insurance and technology is preferred
  • Experience creating web content and growing brand awareness
  • Experience with SquareSpace, Slideshare, Slack, and G-Suite Products is preferred
  • Ability to learn software systems quickly
  • Ability to discuss BriteCore and our products comfortably
  • Interest in technology and staying up to date in a ever-changing field
